On 20.02.2026, the reporting conference of the primary trade union organization of the Trade Unitary Enterprise “Tabak” was held.

The conference was attended by Natalya Zenonovna Churak, Chairperson of the Joint Trade Union Organization of JSC “Grodno Tobacco Factory “Neman”.

The following agenda items were submitted for consideration:

1. On the implementation of the collective agreement and the report of the trade union committee of the primary trade union organization of TUE “Tobak” for 2025
2. On the report of the audit commission of the primary trade union organization for 2025
3. On the approval of the report on the execution of the income and expenditure estimate of the primary trade union organization for 2025
4. On the approval of the income and expenditure estimate of the primary trade union organization for 2026

Following the conference, a resolution was adopted. The work of the trade union committee of the primary trade union organization was recognized as satisfactory.

Anastasia Viktorovna Pashkevich, Chairperson of the primary trade union organization of TUE “Tobak”, expressed gratitude to the trade union members and the enterprise management for their work during the reporting period and for addressing all arising issues.
